Character-Swap LoRA v1.1: An 80 MB Likeness LoRA for MiniMax H3 in ComfyUI

Loading videoVersion 1.1 of the character-swap LoRA for MiniMax H3, after a week of training version after version to improve likeness. The weights were extracted with SVD at a dynamic rank keeping 95% of the energy (Frobenius norm) per layer, so every layer gets its own rank: lowest 4, highest 34, median 7. That drops the file from 620 MB to 80 MB. ComfyUI workflows are published alongside it, and the test renders were run at a low 0.3 MP, so some artifacts are expected.
