Tolomatic (USA) BCS is a rodless screw electric actuator in three body sizes BCS10/15/20: max load 272 kg (600 lbf), strokes to 3.4 m (120 in) and speeds to 1.5 m/s (60 in/s) with Acme or ball screw drive options and an auxiliary carrier for higher load and moment capacity; the sealed design does not collect particulate like exposed ball bearing systems, fitting transfer, stacking and pick-and-place over long travel.
