UBTECH opens its Liuzhou Super Smart Factory: 14,000 sqm, one humanoid every 10 minutes, 10,000-unit annual capacity — Walker S robots helping build Walker S

UBTECH (HKEX: 9880) CEO Zhou Jian tours viewers through the new Liuzhou Super Smart Factory (102-second video): a 14,000 sqm facility with a designed line cadence of one humanoid every 10 minutes and planned annual capacity above 10,000 units, producing Walker S industrial humanoids and Cruzr service robots — with robots already participating in the production of other robots. Real commercial volume backs the expansion: 1,079 full-size humanoids delivered in 2025 and another 921 in H1 2026; H1 full-size humanoid revenue hit RMB 590M, up 1,445% YoY and 46.5% of total revenue, with a 66.8% gross margin on full-size humanoids and company revenue of RMB 1.27B (+104.1%). Walker S robots already work on Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor lines doing material handling, loading and sorting; Rossmann began a European Walker S2 logistics pilot and a Honda Trading humanoid logistics pilot started in April. The real story is the flywheel of robots building robots — capacity, shipments and revenue now corroborate each other, giving humanoid robotics its first credible sample of an industrial-scale mass-production loop.
