Sevnce Explosion-proof Wheeled Inspection Robot L7 Twister
Overview
The L7 Twister is Sevnce's (Qiteng) wheeled inspection robot for chemical and petrochemical explosion-proof sites. Certified Ex d IIC T6 Gb with IP66 protection, it uses a four-wheel eight-drive chassis with independent suspension for rough terrain. A self-developed 100 TOPS AI computer analyzes up to 16 HD video streams in real time and supports offline patrol, enabling meter reading, leak detection, IR thermography, gas monitoring (O2/CO/combustibles/H2S) and intelligent obstacle avoidance; SLAM laser navigation gives ≤±3 cm repeat positioning for fully autonomous patrols.
