Overview
The Hikrobot MR-Q4-300LE-A (Q4-300) latent lifting AMR, deployed for plant inspection and intralogistics by system integrator WaySuite in partnership with Hikrobot. With a 500mm-wide body and a minimum 60cm aisle passability, it runs through narrow legacy-plant aisles without civil modification; 360° diagonal LiDAR plus upper/lower stereo vision enables dynamic obstacle avoidance and safe human-machine shared aisles — LiDAR covers distance and the horizontal plane while stereo fills in low ground obstacles and overhanging bars. Via IoT connectivity it autonomously calls the elevator, enters the cabin and exits at the target floor with zero manual intervention, and automatic doors / remote calling can be integrated as well. 300kg rated payload, 60mm lift stroke, LSLAM navigation, 1.5m/s unloaded / 1.2m/s loaded speed, 6–8h battery runtime. WaySuite further integrates Oracle NetSuite cloud ERP and WMS for deep software-hardware coordination.
