Google AI Edge Foresight: Free Offline AI Note-Taking on Apple Silicon

A free Mac note-taking app from Google labs with no subscription: it records, transcribes and organises meetings into notes, then answers questions over all of your past records, entirely on-device and offline so recordings and notes never leave the machine. Retrieval runs on EmbeddingGemma 2 and generation on Gemma 4, both local to Apple Silicon. It is still a labs build, does not run on Intel Macs and is not distributed through the App Store.
