XTRON Explosion-proof Wheeled Inspection Robot Gen II

Overview

The Gen II explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot (Ex2C6BW44S-PN-OGT) pairs a 3D LiDAR with a four-wheel eight-drive omnidirectional chassis, certified Ex d ib IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb ib IIIC T80°C Db with IP66 protection for class-II explosive atmospheres such as hydrogen and acetylene. It fuses image recognition, infrared thermography, acoustic diagnosis and combustible/toxic gas detection for fully autonomous unmanned inspection in energy and hazmat industries. It moves omnidirectionally (lateral + in-place rotation), climbs 30°, fords 200mm and recharges via automatic wireless charging.
