Overview

DexForce W1 Pro is the company's second-generation general-purpose embodied-intelligence wheeled humanoid, powered by the DexVerse engine for data collection, research, commercial service and industrial manufacturing. It stands 682x550x1636 mm with up to 40 DOF (34 with the differential chassis): 2 neck, 2 waist, 2 leg DOF with a lifting/rotating/pitching torso, and 7-DOF arms (3 shoulder + 1 elbow + 3 wrist) carrying up to 10 kg per arm at +/-0.5 mm repeatability, ending in a standard 6-DOF five-finger dexterous hand or optional two-finger gripper. The differential base (omnidirectional optional) runs up to 1.5 m/s with laser-SLAM repeatability within +/-20 mm and +/-2 deg. Perception uses a second-generation 6 cm-baseline humanoid binocular pure-vision system (4x frame rate, 1/3 power, +25% accuracy) with optional wrist RGBD cameras and 6-axis force sensors at 0.1 N precision, plus 2 navigation lidars and 2 obstacle-avoidance cameras. A dual-PC architecture delivers at least 300 TOPS with 1000 Hz whole-body control over an EtherCAT ring and 100 Mbps joint bandwidth; the 40 Ah battery sustains at least 8 h. Brain-cerebellum joint control and a Sim2Real VLA pipeline (EmbodiChain online data generation and training) support teleoperation and secondary development across coffee making, data collection, elder care, smart manufacturing, power inspection and commercial service; the W1 Core variant is a half-body stationary version with 22 DOF, a standard gripper and a single PC at 150+ TOPS.
