Tongjin TJR-C01 Four-Wheel Explosion-Proof Inspection Robot
Overview
The Tongjin TJR-C01 four-wheel explosion-proof inspection robot serves petrochemical and coal-chemical hazardous areas: ExdIIBT4 certification with IP65 protection and -20C to 80C operation. It carries a Hikvision 4MP 23x PTZ camera (2560x1440@25fps) plus a 384x288 thermal imager with dual -20~150C / 0~500C measurement ranges, and optional CO (0-2000ppm) and noise (30-130dB) sensing. 400W explosion-proof servo drives and a 40Ah battery with 54.7VDC 300W wireless auto-charging let it replace manual rounds for routine inspection and meter reading.
