Overview

Helios is ROKAE's wheeled dual-arm robot: 43 DoF (head 2, arms 2x7, torso 4, hands 2x10, chassis 3), about 190 kg, unfolded size <=680x640x1736 mm; two 7-DoF cross-wrist force-control arms with 650 mm reach, 5 kg payload per arm and +/-0.1 mm repeatability; optional 10-DoF (6 active) five-finger hands at 3 kg / 540 g; omnidirectional chassis at 1.5 m/s with dual-LiDAR SLAM; 48V 30Ah battery for 6 h runtime and 1.5 h charging with auto-dock and quick swap; AGX Orin NX (117 TOPS, optional Orin 64GB 275 TOPS) with Orbbec Gemini 335L head vision, ROS2 and high-level SDK for tote handling, sorting, precision assembly and research.
