Overview
The Qi-5EX is Qi Robot's wheeled explosion-proof inspection robot for petroleum, offshore platforms, natural gas, chemical and smelting plants. Its flameproof enclosure and intrinsic-safety circuits carry Ex IIC T6 Gb certification with surface temperature capped at 85°C and IP66 protection. The four-wheel independent-drive, four-steer omnidirectional chassis turns on the spot over tank-farm terrain, while an explosion-proof lifting mast, tri-spectral camera, thermal imager and gas/sound sensors enable 7x24 unattended rounds with autonomous wireless charging.
