CSG PIR-DS400 Wheeled Lift Inspection Robot
Overview
The PIR-DS400 wheeled lift inspection robot is CSG Smart's intelligent monitoring device for unattended smart substations and switchrooms. It navigates, positions, charges and inspects autonomously, carrying multiple sensors to detect equipment defects early. It uses 3D reflection-free laser navigation with repeatability under 1 cm; full-range ultrasonic radars provide obstacle avoidance while laser rangefinders prevent falls; dual-wheel drive enables zero-radius turning and an omnidirectional pan-tilt covers all inspected equipment. Endurance exceeds 6.5 hours with large-capacity map scanning, updating and stitching. It integrates video surveillance, intelligent vision, partial-discharge detection, infrared thermography, environmental sensing and smoke detection into a unified inspection-and-early-warning solution.
