Overview

A wheeled inspection robot that autonomously plans patrol routes, avoids obstacles and intelligently analyzes collected data to detect equipment faults and issue early warnings, suited to blast-furnace and coke-oven patrol scenarios. It carries a dual-spectrum pan-tilt (visible light + infrared thermal imaging), LiDAR obstacle avoidance plus safety touch edges and fall detection, high-power smart pile selection charging with long endurance, and wide-temperature adaptability. AI algorithms recognize switch/disconnector and tri-color signal-light states, read 2,000 kinds of pointer/digital dials, and detect live intrusion and small animals; environmental monitoring covers gas leaks, multiple gases, temperature/humidity and PM2.5/10 dust. It supports real-time IP voice intercom and GIS trajectory replay for oil & gas, mining, smelting and power industries.
