GLRoad Laborer No.1 Humanoid Robot

GLRoad (Wuhan GLRoad Intelligent Technology) Laborer No.1 is an industrial bipedal humanoid built for real work: 180 cm tall, 100 kg, 31+2 DOF, walking above 5 km/h with over 40 kg whole-body payload and 380 N·m peak joint torque. Each 7-DOF arm provides redundancy and >=20 kg coordinated payload; the waist uses a three-DOF bionic pelvis with 200 N·m peak torque. New materials and processes raise joint torque density by 17% with overload factor above 4.5 and 1 kW/kg instantaneous power density while cutting radial size 14.5%; bionic near-dead-point legs reach a payload-to-weight ratio above 15:1 with knee/ankle actuators mounted high to reduce inertia. Machine vision fused with LiDAR feeds an AI large-model brain-cerebellum architecture: the brain handles embodied intelligence and imitation learning, the cerebellum delivers vision-based precise localization, robust walking and whole-body multi-contact control, targeting material-handling labor, safety education and outdoor patrol scenarios.
