GDRY Laser-guided Intelligent Inspection Robot

Overview
The laser-guided intelligent inspection robot integrates non-contact power-equipment detection, multi-sensor fusion, image recognition and navigation for all-weather fully autonomous patrol of outdoor sites such as substations, plant step-up stations and railway traction substations. The 738×592×864 mm, 80 kg body moves at 0-1.5 m/s with laser+ultrasonic obstacle avoidance, MESH seamless-roaming communication, a DC24V 52Ah lithium battery and 360W wireless charging; it recognizes equipment appearance/switch states/meter readings, performs instant IR thermal analysis and SF₆ gas detection, auto-generates reports with audible/visual alarms. It has passed national professional testing and is deployed across water, power, transport, municipal, chemical and public-security sectors.
