Overview
GoMate is GAC Group's (601238) third-generation embodied-intelligence humanoid, unveiled on 2024-12-26: 38 DOF, industry-first variable wheel-legged locomotion, about 1.4 m in four-wheeled stable mode and 1.75 m standing in two-wheeled mode, top transit speed 15 km/h, about 6 h endurance, self-developed core components, GAC pure-vision perception and multimodal AI for autonomous mobility, end-effector tracking and voice-command recognition. GAC started its humanoid program in early 2022 and in February 2026 spun off Guangdong Hulun Technology as the independent commercialization entity; in August 2026 Hulun closed a 100M+ RMB funding round (CRRC Guochuang, CMB International, Sichuan Kechuang and others) and unveiled the fourth-generation GoMate Mini (wheeled / legged / wheel-leg hybrid modes) as its commercial flagship, targeting small-batch production in 2026.
