Fourth-generation Ex-proof inspection robot from the Netherlands' ExRobotics (team from Shell's Sensabot project; Sensabot Mk2 was the world's first IECEx-certified robot): ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 certified for explosive gas atmospheres, all-weather operation from -40 to +55C; tracked chassis at 2 km/h with fully autonomous LiDAR navigation and obstacle avoidance (patented thick-window compensation); 2-6h missions, 2-3 per day, at least 6 months without human intervention; pan-tilt inspection module with optical/FLIR thermal, Motion Amplification vibration and acoustic cameras, cargo hold for 2 gas detectors and acoustic leak detector; patented Ex-proof induction charging dock (110-240VAC) for autonomous recharging, 4G plus encrypted VPN to Energy Robotics (Korial) cloud fleet software.
