RetouchPi is a retouching bench that lives in your browser: nothing to download, no account needed to edit, no payment, you just open it and start. Layers, masks, channels, CMYK and 16-bit are all in there, and every step from opening a file to exporting it happens on this machine - we cannot see your pictures and we never receive them.

Buy credits for AI generation and edits
AI image generation and AI edits are metered per image, and credits are the unit: 1 credit = 1 US cent. Four tiers - $10 / $20 / $50 / $100 - and credits never expire or renew. The fifty-two regular retouching tools stay free; credits only ever go to AI work.
Credits live on your account, so you need to sign in before buying - that way they land the moment payment clears instead of sitting in an unclaimed receipt.
Payment is handled by Waffo as merchant of record; spent credits are non-refundable, unused credits follow the Terms.

This is not a slogan, it is how the thing is built. Retouching belongs on your own machine; our job is to hand you the tools.
No uploads
Images are decoded, edited and exported on this computer: regular retouching never leaves the machine, and no copy of your file sits on a server. The one exception is an AI edit - when you press Generate, the photo you picked is the one thing that gets sent to the model.
No sign-up
No account, no login, no modal standing between you and the canvas. Open it and work; close it and you are done.
No watermark
What you export is clean: no corner stamp, no size limit, no limit on how many you make.
The files are yours
A PSD opens as itself and saves back with layers and masks intact, and the project file stays in your hands - take it to another machine and keep going.

AI is the doorway, not the whole building. What keeps working retouchers here is underneath: a complete layer system, a colour pipeline built to print standards, and fifty-two tools to sit with all day.
Layers and masks, the whole set
Layer groups, masks, clipping masks, adjustment layers, layer styles and blend modes are all there, and the history panel records every step - stepping back does not lose your selection.
Selections, drawn any way you like
Lasso, polygonal, magnetic, quick selection and the magic wand, adding, subtracting, intersecting and feathering; for fine work, paint inside quick mask, then save the selection for next time.
Retouching and distortion
Spot healing, the clone stamp, the healing brush and content-aware fill; liquify, puppet warp, perspective crop and content-aware scale all live in the same toolbar.
Paths and vectors
The pen, node editing, path operations and shape layers; type converts to outlines, runs along a path, and exports to SVG without going soft.
A colour pipeline built for print
RGB, CMYK, Lab and grayscale all open; 16-bit per channel editing, assignable ICC profiles, and soft proofing that shows you what the press will do.

The new batch, in one place
Skin optimisation is one slider; underneath it sit smoothing, blemish removal, whitening, warmth, face slimming, lips, clarity and sharpening. For a mood, pick a look - Clean, Golden hour, Film or Monochrome. And an ID photo no longer needs another program: one-inch, two-inch and passport sizes, laid out several to a sheet, ready to print. Every adjustment is non-destructive: back to zero, or hold to compare with the original, at any time.

The first online editor that will carry an Agent
An Agent is being built into RetouchPi: you will say “swap this photo’s background for a beach at dusk” or “crop this batch to 1:1 and take the passers-by out”, and it will pick the tools, do the work and hand the result back for you to confirm. That layer is still on the way; the day it works we will write to you once, and not again.
