Rollvis RVD differential planetary roller screws use two nuts with slightly different leads preloaded against each other via an adjusting nut, delivering high rigidity and near-zero axial play (≤0.02 mm). With no recirculating parts they run quietly at high speed, at 80-95% efficiency. Shaft diameters 6.35-32 mm, leads 0.525-10 mm, dynamic ratings 21.6-616 kN, static 39.7-1140 kN, speeds up to 8000 rpm, 6-12 roller circuits, standard lengths 100-280 mm up to 2500 mm max, with hollow-shaft and through-shaft options for servo cylinders and humanoid linear joints.
