DINGS lead screw linear actuators span eight frame sizes (14-86 mm) in four structures: external drive, through-shaft, C-type fixed-shaft cylinder style and K-type fixed shaft; 0.0015-0.127 mm/step resolution (0.3175-10.16 mm leads), max thrust 2400 N (28-series 150 N, 3x the 20-series); Class B insulation, -20 to 55°C; optional Teflon-coated screws (longer life, higher thrust), anti-backlash nuts, encoders and power-off brake (500k-cycle life, <60 dB); for medical, lab automation, semiconductor and factory automation.

DINGS (controlled subsidiary of Jiangsu Leili) ball screw linear actuators in six frame sizes (14-57 mm), all external-drive, plus 28/42 DLG integrated rail-guided and DRS non-guided designs; 90-96% transmission efficiency (vs 26-70% for trapezoidal screws), 0.005-0.1 mm/step; C7 standard accuracy with C5/C3 options, Ф0.8 balls, SCM415H screw/nut at HRC58-62, rated dynamic 680-880 N / static 1200-1500 N, axial backlash ≤0.02 mm; optional encoders (to 1000/2000 resolution) and power-off brake (24 V, 5.5 W, >0.3 N·m holding, 2M-cycle life, <60 dB); for X-Y tables, medical devices, semiconductor and valve control.
