ZKAC 4WD Differential Explosion-proof Wheeled Inspection Robot
Overview
The 4WD differential explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot is ZKAC's (Tianjin) wheeled patrol product for extreme petrochemical environments, with an explosion-proof, high/low-temperature tolerant four-wheel-drive chassis. It uses HD cameras as vision and gas/temperature-humidity sensors as smell, with multi-source fused positioning, to patrol autonomously in flammable, explosive and toxic sites such as production units, tank farms, hazmat warehouses, pipe racks and power distribution rooms, performing visual checks, meter reading and gas-leak monitoring. The series also includes a 4WD omnidirectional explosion-proof version, non-explosion-proof indoor/outdoor wheeled models and rail-mounted robots, forming a complete extreme-environment inspection lineup with international market deployment.
