Overview
The IIR-EX-D from Qingdao QTNL Rail Transit Technology is an outdoor wheeled inspection robot for explosion-proof scenarios such as petrochemical and gas facilities: 130x88x117cm, 375kg curb weight with 125kg payload, IP66; 1.0m/s (remote) / 0.8m/s (autonomous) travel speed, 8h runtime, 200mm wading depth, 30°(remote)/13°(auto) climbing and 62/100mm obstacle clearance, -20 to 60°C operating range; laser SLAM + machine vision + IMU fused navigation with 4G/5G/WiFi and autonomous charging; carries an explosion-proof integrated four-camera pan-tilt (visible + thermal), explosion-proof lidar, depth cameras, TOF proximity avoidance, full-duplex voice and audible/visual alarms, with optional spectral camera and ppm-level laser methane detection module.
